Published on

As part of the celebration of the “YEAR OF THE NURSE AND MIDWIFE”, the Ministry of Health in partnership with COCOBYTE, Ebenage Herbal, and the RENEF Foundation gave out free customized chocolates to nurses and midwives at the GA – East Hospital COVID CENTER. Apart from the chocolates, they were also given immune booster medications from Ebenage Herbal. This was done to show love to the nurses and midwives at the treatment center for their hard work.

At the event, the Ag. Director of Nursing and Midwifery at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Barnabas Kwame Yeboah thanked the nurses and midwives for their sacrifices especially at a time that covid-19 cases are on the rise. He then asked for God’s protection for them not to get infected with the virus as GA East Hospital is one of the major Hospitals for managing covid-19 cases and encouraged them to work harder.
