Ghana has recorded 25 additional cases of covid-19, making a total of 52. This was announced by the Health Minister, Kweku Agyeman Manu.
According to the Minister, the 25 confirmed cases were among the 1,030 people who were quarantined on arrival at the Kotoka International Airport. Out of the 1,030, 611 samples were taken. 185 tests done showed 25 cases of covid-19.

Tests are still ongoing for the rest of the people quarantined, according to the Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah. This suggests that the number of confirmed cases may increase.
